Terms of Service

By creating an account, purchasing credits, generating images, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

• "Platform" refers to the website trendworld.fun and all associated services operated by Trend World Prompts.
• "User" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, whether or not registered.
• "Credits" refers to the digital currency used within the Platform to purchase AI image generation sessions.
• "Prompt" refers to text-based instructions displayed on the Platform intended for use with AI image generation tools.
• "Generated Image" refers to any image produced by an AI model in response to a prompt submitted through the Platform.
• "Services" refers to the AI prompt gallery, image generation, credit system, favorites, profile management, and all related features.

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the applicable age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

To access certain features, such as generating images or purchasing credits, you may be required to register for an account using your Google account or email address. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Promptly notify us at support@trendworld.fun if you discover or suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Trend World Prompts provides an AI prompt gallery where users can browse curated prompts for AI image and video generation tools. The Platform also includes an integrated AI image generation service that allows users to generate images based on displayed prompts using purchased or earned credits.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without prior notice.

• Credit Purchase: Credits can be purchased through our payment processor, Cashfree Payments. All purchases are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) or other supported currencies as indicated at checkout.
• No Cash Value: Credits are a digital license to use generation features on the Platform. Credits have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for real money, and are non-transferable between accounts.
• Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to change credit packages and pricing at any time. Any changes will not affect previously purchased credits.
• Refund Policy: All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or in the event of a verified technical malfunction that prevented credit delivery. If you experience an issue with a transaction, contact support@trendworld.fun within 7 days of purchase.
• Credit Expiration: Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active. We reserve the right to forfeit credits associated with accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

The Platform utilizes third-party artificial intelligence models to generate images. Regarding generated content:

• User License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms and the terms of the underlying AI model providers, you are granted a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, download, copy, and share the images you generate through the Platform for personal and commercial purposes.
• No Exclusivity: Due to the nature of machine learning, outputs generated by AI may not be unique across different users. Similar or identical prompts may yield similar results for other users.
• Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your use of generated images and for ensuring that your use does not infringe upon any third-party rights, trademarks, or copyrights.

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Generate, upload, or share content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, invasive of another's privacy, or racially or ethnically objectionable.
• Generate non-consensual sexually explicit imagery or any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Such activity will result in immediate account termination and reporting to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code or proprietary prompt engineering of the Platform.
• Use any automated system, including robots, spiders, or scrapers, to access the Platform for data extraction without our prior written consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform or its hosting infrastructure.
• Bypass or attempt to bypass any measures we employ to prevent or restrict access to the Platform.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to website design, logos, graphics, text, UI elements, branding, algorithms, and software — is the property of Trend World Prompts and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Platform materials without our express written permission.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TREND WORLD PROMPTS AND ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AND EMPLOYEES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE PLATFORM.
• ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING AI-GENERATED IMAGES.
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
• ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE TRANSMITTED THROUGH THE PLATFORM.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Trend World Prompts, its operators, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform, including your generated content.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately. Any unused credits remaining in a terminated account will be forfeited.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Gujarat, India.

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Effective Date" at the bottom of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
