Terms of Service

By creating an account, purchasing credits, generating images, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

• "Platform" refers to the website trendworld.fun and all associated services operated by Trend World Prompts.
• "User" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, whether or not registered.
• "Credits" refers to the digital currency used within the Platform to purchase AI image generation sessions.
• "Prompt" refers to text-based instructions displayed on the Platform intended for use with AI image generation tools.
• "Generated Image" refers to any image produced by an AI model in response to a prompt submitted through the Platform.
• "Services" refers to the AI prompt gallery, image generation, credit system, favorites, profile management, and all related features.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Platform. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Platform and agree to these Terms. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

• Account creation requires a valid email address and password, or sign-in via a supported third-party authentication provider (e.g., Google).
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at support@trendworld.fun if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive activity.
• You may not create multiple accounts for the purpose of gaining free credits beyond what is normally offered.

Trend World Prompts is an AI-powered creative platform that:

• Curates and displays a gallery of AI prompts for photography, art, and creative content.
• Allows users to generate images using AI models powered by credits purchased on the Platform.
• Enables users to save prompts to their favorites list and manage a personal gallery of generated images.
• Provides a credit-based system to access premium image generation features.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Platform at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

a) Credit System

• Credits are the in-platform currency required to generate images. Each image generation session deducts a specified number of credits from your balance.
• New users may receive a one-time free credit bonus upon account creation, subject to availability and our discretion.

b) Purchasing Credits

• Credits may be purchased through the Platform via our payment provider. All prices are displayed in the applicable currency at the time of purchase.
• All payment transactions are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway. We do not store your full card number or payment credentials on our servers.
• Credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.

c) Pricing Changes

• We reserve the right to modify credit pricing at any time. Updated prices will apply to purchases made after the change.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for real money or other items of value.

• Images generated through the Platform using our AI integration are produced based on the prompts you submit.
• Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you retain ownership of the images you generate using your credits, to the extent permitted by the underlying AI model's terms of service.
• You are solely responsible for how you use, share, or publish AI-generated images. You must not use generated images to defame, harass, or harm others, or for any unlawful purpose.
• We reserve the right to remove any generated image from the Platform that violates these Terms or applicable law, without prior notice.
• We do not claim ownership of your generated images, but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and display them as part of providing the Service (e.g., your profile gallery).

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Generate, submit, or share content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise harmful.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, other users' accounts, or our backend infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Platform.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to scrape, extract, or abuse the Platform, including bulk image generation using automated tools.
• Create multiple accounts to exploit free credit offers or promotions.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform, including introducing viruses or malicious code.
• Impersonate another person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

• The Platform, including its design, logos, curation of prompts, text, graphics, and software code, is the intellectual property of Trend World Prompts and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
• The curated prompt collection on the Platform is owned by Trend World Prompts. You may use displayed prompts for personal, non-commercial creative purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, or sell our curated prompts as your own product.
• Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trade names, trademarks, or logos without our prior written consent.

• Trend World Prompts acts as a technology platform. We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or appropriateness of AI-generated images, as these are produced by third-party AI models.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trend World Prompts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of credits purchased by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
• The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trend World Prompts, its officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your use or misuse of the Platform or generated images.
• Any content you generate or submit that infringes upon third-party rights.
• Your breach of any applicable law or regulation.

• We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Unused credits are forfeited upon account termination due to Terms violations and are non-refundable in such cases.
• You may request deletion of your account by contacting us at support@trendworld.fun.
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including liability, indemnification, and intellectual property) shall continue to apply.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration. The language of arbitration shall be English. For users in India, Indian law shall apply.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically for any changes.
